Click the relevant preview picture or the link underneath it. The picture will then be loaded.

Once loading of the picture is complete, go to the "Datei"/"File" menu, select the menu item Speichern "unter..."/"Save as...", and saqve the picture on your hard disk under the file name of your choice.
